As I drove home tonight I was hoping for a colorful sunset to photograph. I made it home before the sun set so I took no photos. But, as I drove down my driveway there were deer right in front of my house. I see them regularly and sometimes they are close enough to photograph. I took these photos from the window of my car. Marty drove up behind me on the motorcycle and they ran away. Maybe tomorrow I'll have better luck with photographs. I've been promised a sunset ride on the motorcycle just to to take pictures!

We don't see deer in our yard very often at all - too many DOGS out there!!!

They're lovely to look at but they do tend to view our gardens as their local lunch buffet...
