I was up very early every morning last week so I could drop Marty off at work and Heather off at school. By early, I mean we left the house before sunrise. Friday morning after dropping Marty off at work we got a view of a bright red sun rising over an empty field. Of course the photos don't show the sun as being red, but it was a very vibrant red. I played with the aperture and shutter speeds to tweak the picture some but still couldn't capture the redness.
